All Keiki (children) deserve care that is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family centered, coordinated, compassionate and culturally effective.  These are good words to strive for; however require diligence and training to practice. 

The Medical Home Hawaii accomplishes this goal through training, exposing learners to the unique cultures that add to our diverse community.

Our site introduces you to the Medical Home elements and their application through Hawaii-inspired cases.  Each scenario requires personal reflection,  and places you in the role of a pediatrician identifying, then applying the Medical Home elements.
