Evelyn Wong has been an accounting lecturer in the business division at Leeward Community College since January 2005. She brings much outside work experience and real world teaching knowledge to her students.
Wong is an organized instructor, always helping students and never hesitates to help others. She readily shares what she has developed with junior and senior faculty alike, with the goals of student success always in mind.
Wong’s teaching excellence is evident from her positive peer and student evaluations, and she has been described as "one of my best professors" and the "perfect teacher." She spends countless hours working in her office and always has a pleasant and cheerful smile for anyone she sees. Wong is truly a gem.
