Change(HI) Budget Change Request

The Change(HI) budget change request process is for project team members to submit request for any budget changes to the project leadership team for review. Please complete the following steps: 

1.) Fill out the Change-HI_Budget_Change_Request_Form.pdf or Change-HI_Budget_Change_Request_Form.docx

2.) Email the completed request form to the following email:

3.) You will receive an automated notification of receipt.

4.) The Change(HI) leadership team will review the request and may email questions or modification back to you from the email address

5.) If necessary, reply directly to the email to answer questions or make changes.

6.) The Change(HI) leadership team will then make a decision on the request and notify you of the decision and any additional processes if necessary.
