The Hawai‘i Statewide Science and Technology Committee acts as an independent advisor to ensure that the Hawai‘i EPSCoR program and related programs of other federal agencies are consistent with Hawai‘i’s research competitiveness in a manner that is responsive to community priorities and advances inclusivity across the state with cutting edge scientific research with indigenous wisdom, community engagement and broad societal support.
