Announcing the completion of RICK MILLS‘s glass panels entitled Spirit of Manoa: In the Light of Day at the Manoa Public Library. The work was commissioned by the Art in Public Places Program of the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and there will be a dedication ceremony on March 20, 2015.
