ALUM SPOTLIGHT : RYAN SCHULTZ
2013-14 was a great year for BFA alum Ryan Schultz. He was awarded the 2013 Summer Assistantship in Ceramics at Peters Valley School of Craft (Delaware, New Jersey). They were so impressed with him that they awarded him a Winter Artist Residency where he was able to continue the themes he began at UHM - sculptural Kiln/BBQs, a mechanism for community sharing of food and conversation.
