The Commons Gallery, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, is pleased to present Connections In The Making, a platform showcasing the creation of art unveils profound connections, such intimate ties with the subconscious, materials, and tactile sensations emerge solely through the making. Graduate students from the MFA program invite you to engage with their varied perspectives in art-based research, portrayed through an extensive range of mediums and innovative approaches.

Featuring the works of:

Enrico Battan, Ashley Collins, Caroline Holmes, Hala Megahy, Hiroko Sakurai, Mari Matsuda, Erik Sullivan, Sheldon Wong, and Mia Zheng

THE COMMONS GALLERY is located on the ground floor of The Art Building. From Dole Street, take East-West Road, turn left to Correa Road, and then turn right for the Art Building.

Hours & Admission

Tuesday–Friday, & Sunday, 12–4 p.m.

Closed Saturdays, Mondays, spring break (March 17-22), and state holidays.

Free admission. Donations are appreciated.

Parking is free on Sundays. Parking fees may apply during weekdays.
