ALLI HOAG (BFA 2006) has been selected as the new glass instructor and head of the BGSU glass program.
After completing her BFA degree at UHM Hoag attained her MFA at Alfred University in 2012, where she later served as Adjunct Professor for Sculpture and Glass classes, as well as Assistant Foundry Technician.
She has participated in international residencies at Cite des Arts International (Paris), and S12 Galleri og Verksted (Bergen, Norway); and continued there as S12’s workshop manager.
She is currently working toward her 2014 solo exhibition at UrbanGlass, in Brooklyn, N.Y.(Nov. 19 – Jan. 10, 2015)
