GAYE CHAN / DIANE CHEN / CONSTANCE LIU join forces in upcoming Honolulu Museum of Art exhibition 陳 陳 陳 / Chen Chan Chen – opens on Sept 30 until March 2017. The exhibition was conceived when the artists discovered that they have the same family name in addition to similar diasporic histories.
They gave themselves the task of each starting out with an identical set of Chinese Cultural Revolution figurines. Check out the show to see what they do with them.
