En Route focuses on art’s relationship to ontainerization. While promoted with a language of efficiency, there is also an invisibility and abstraction that has developed around containers and their logistical infrastructure. I will introduce some of the problematics of this situation in some current art works (Sekula, Buchel, and Steyerl) that reflect on both the history and politics of containerization and its relation to current art world systems and data capitalism. more about Jaimey
