Transportation and Disability Parking

Disability Parking

Parking on the UH Manoa campus is limited, however accessible parking is located throughout the campus. All persons, able-bodied and disabled, must purchase parking passes, whether for hourly, daily, or semester parking.

Students who possess a City & County of Honolulu disability placard are eligible for on-campus parking in stalls designated for disability parking and/or stalls designated for the purchased parking pass. (For example, if an hourly parking pass is purchased, the driver may park in "green" visitor stalls and/or designated accessible parking stalls for that duration.)

Stalls marked as "RESERVED" are for campus administrators only and are reserved 24 hours a day. Students may purchase different types of semester parking passes depending on the parking need. To obtain a semester parking pass along with a City & County of Honolulu placard, a student must take the following documents to the Commuter Services Business Office (QLCSS Room 014):

  • UH Student ID
  • Valid vehicle registration
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current City and County of Honolulu disability placard and Department of Transportation (DOT) disability card
