Computer Lab Services

Lab Monitor Assistance - ITS Lab Monitors are available to assist with problems that may arise with the computers and printers in the labs. They also, offer basic tech support and troubleshooting for personal devices. Support includes: connecting devices to UH Wi-Fi, assistance with installing supported software, and scanning for viruses/malware. Lab Monitors are not always available when the ITS Labs are open for use; please select which computer lab location on the left side navigation bar (below if on mobile) for hours and operations.

Password Resets - The ITS Lab Monitors can reset your UH password in person when presented with a valid government issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). Student IDs are not valid for password resets. You may also contact the ITS Help Desk through phone, email, or live chat support for additional assistance: https://www.hawaii.edu/its/help-desk/ 

Computer Access - Current UH faculty, staff and students can access the lab computers with their UH Username and password. Visitors may also use the lab computers with their VIA (Visitor Internet Access) accounts.
