ITS Help Desk Service Window health and safety notice
In accordance with the university's COVID-19-aware approach to providing a safer, high-quality education for new and returning students, faculty and support staff, the ITS Help Desk Service Window will be operating with the following considerations:
- We encourage all users to contact the ITS Help Desk by phone, email, or chat for remote support prior to visiting our IT Center Service Window in-person.
- We encourage all users to wear face masks when visiting the IT Center in-person.
- For your safety and the safety of other visitors and ITS employees, individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness may be asked to contact the ITS Help Desk by phone, email, or chat for remote support.
