ʻĀina-to-Kino Workshop- ʻUhaloa Tincture

March 5, 12:30pm - 2:00pm
West O‘ahu Campus, Hale Kūahuokalā

ʻUhaloa is an indigenous medicinal herb that grows abundantly in our māla and on the west/dry sides of our paeʻāina. It is often used in tea blends to support respiratory health. Tinctures are another way to preserve herbal harvests for later use. Come learn how to make tinctures from this generous kūpuna lāʻau.
