In need of reflection and exercise? Attend a free yoga class at Hale Kuahuokalā in the Student Organic Garden on Tuesday afternoons throughout the spring 2017 semester.

Classes, conducted by Emily Yamamoto, are open to all levels (even beginners!).

Mats are available, but you may bring your own mat.
