Suicide Prevention Training

Learn how to help someone who may be having thoughts of suicide. In this “Connect†Suicide Prevention Training, attendees will learn
- about the issue of suicide including risk and protective factors, and warning signs
- how to connect with someone who may be having thoughts of suicide
- about relevant suicide prevention resources
The training incorporates key aspects of the national suicide prevention strategy to create a community response to suicide prevention. All UH West Oʻahu students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend the free training. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m.
