Talk: “How MOOCs Can Promote Equity and Excellence in K-12 Education"

Dr. Robert Fan will share insights on his research on MOOCs and other innovations in online education and how they will effectively break through the regional monopoly in K-12 education. Dr. Fan is an associate professor of economics at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. He is currently a visiting scholar at the College of Education.
