GEO/CTE Workshops: Moving Forward with Information Literacy

The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) chose Information Literacy as one of the "Big Five" core competencies, and Mānoa's inclusion of Info Lit in our Institutional Learning Objectives (ILOs) reflect agreement with this decision. Fortunately, Mānoa's Librarians are leading efforts to make Info Lit relevant and engaging for faculty and students. This workshop will show best program review practices for bringing Info Lit forward in the classroom and in review and accreditation reports.
