User Experience (UX) is the culmination of an individual's experience with a company, its services, and its products. UX is important because it fulfills the user's needs, as well as provides a pleasant experience that will keep users loyal to a brand or product.

Chelsea Yim, a freelance UX designer and researcher, will be holding a free workshop in sPACE about the importance and basics of UX on Tuesday, February 26, from 5:00-6:30PM. Learn more about the UX process through a design thinking perspective.
