What is social media and why is everyone saying it`s revolutionized communication? Who is really using these tools and what are practical uses for ourselves and our business? This is a great introduction to social media, if you`re just starting out or curious about whether social media is right for you or your business. Includes case-study examples of businesses using social media, and stats on social media usage for marketing.
To insure your place in this workshop, please register by February 4. Under the new Outreach College guidelines, if the class doesn`t meet minimum enrollment a week in advance it will be canceled.
Amanda Tompkins is a social media rockstar and owner of Activ808 a social media company. She is also owner of Room With A Clue Escape Game. With over 6 years of experience in digital marketing in Honolulu she has crafted a passion for helping companies connect to their audience and tell their unique story. From 2015 - 2016 she served as the board president of the Social Media Club of Hawaii and is currently a member of the board.
