"From Globalism to Global Studies: Reflections on Two Decades of Globalization Research"

Professor Manfred Steger is a Professor of Sociology at UHM and an Honorary Professor of Global Studies at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. He has served as an academic consultant on globalization for the US State Department and is the author or editor of twenty-five books on globalization and social and political theory.

Professor Manfred Steger will be giving a talk on his globalization research over the past two decades. This will cover:
