Professor Lance Fortnow (Georgia Tech) will give a public talk on bounded rationality, a recent mathematical approach to understanding actions of market participants in economics. This is the keynote event of the 11th International Conference on Computability, Complexity and Randomness, January 4-8 on the UH Manoa campus.
