I log in and out of a service using UH Login several times a day. Do I have to do the MFA authentication each time?

Some services will allow you to do the MFA authentication once every 7 days. If the service allows this, after authenticating, you will see a screen asking Is this your device and a Yes, this is my device button.

Duo screen asking if this is your device.

If you click Yes, this is my device, you will not have to do the MFA authentication again for 7 days (you may still need to authenticate through UH Login using your UH Username and password, though).

Note: Using the Yes, this is my device button requires your web browser to accept cookies. If your web browser security is set to not accept cookies, this feature will not work and you will be required to do the MFA authentication during each login. Your web browser can be configured to accept cookies specifically from https://duosecurity.com (or [*.]duosecurity.com in Chrome) to use the Remember me for 7 days setting. See the Ask Us article Blocking Cookies in Web Browsers for web browser specific instructions.
