Recharge your mind and body with a quick and accessible meditation workshop! This session combines calming breathing exercises, guided meditation practice, and practical tips for incorporating mindfulness into your busy day. This workshop is perfect for easing tension, improving focus, and recharging your energy for the rest of the day. Hosted in the newly opened Study & Academic Wellness Space by the Student Success Center at Webster Hall 112 for all UH Mānoa students. No special attire or equipment required—just come as you are and enjoy a moment of relaxation!
