AI Basics Webinar for Grad Students

April 9, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Zoom

Generative AI has rapidly become an important tool in higher education, but like any tool it can be used incorrectly. Join us for Part 1 of a two-part series on AI for Graduate Students. This webinar examines the usefulness of AI apps for assisting graduate students in scholarly research tasks, exploring use cases, and best practices, as well as considering the responsible use of this technology. Participants will hear from the Office of Student Conduct to gain a better understanding of institutional guidelines relating to AI use and UH Mānoa's Hamilton Library on the applications of generative AI.
