The It Factor Competition: First Round

An event to challenge your job readiness skills and earn the chance to win a prize!

The competition, hosted during this year’s UHCC Virtual Career Fair, has two rounds. In the first round, students will create a (or update their existing) LinkedIn profile to be submitted for judging before September 15. The top 15 student profiles move on to the second (final) round where students provide a live elevator speech in front of judges on September 30.

9:00 am HST on Tuesday, September 14 - 11:59 pm HST on Wednesday, September 15
Open exclusively to UHCC students (credit and non-credit)
