AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellowships (STPF) Info Session

The AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellowships (STPF) program is a paid, public service and professional development opportunity for doctoral level scientists and engineers interested in contributing to science policy at the federal government level in Washington DC. Fellows are recent PhD graduates, postdocs, faculty and other scientists seeking to grow their careers. A masters in engineering plus 3 years of work experience also qualifies. An information session will be held on Friday, November 1 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in Webster Hall, Room 112. During this session we’ll share this fellowship opportunity with grad students, postdocs and faculty. We’ll be joined by a current and alumna fellows to share their perspective on what the fellowship is like and tips to be competitive when applying.
