Cool Down and Enjoy the Summer with Cold and Hot Asian Noodle Dishes!

Nothing is better to cool you down on a hot August day than a bowl of nice cold noodles!  Ryan “Jah Gumby” Murakami brings his deep culinary knowledge and creativity to Lyon for this lesson in making onolicious, healthy, vegetarian, savory noodle dishes. Recipes include: Cold Jajangmyun, Tan Tan Mien, Cold Soba with Kochujang and Tahini Miso Drizzle, and more, including some hot noodle dishes, too! Cost: $30 class fee plus $15 supply fee.
