Athletics Survey Deadline

The Associated Students of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa (ASUH), the undergraduate student government, invites you to take a quick survey about Athletics. This survey is open to both undergraduate and graduate students and should only take you 2-3 minutes to complete.

To take the survey, log onto your myUH account at myuh.hawaii.edu, click on the "ASUH Survey" tab on the homepage, and follow the link to the survey. The last day to take the survey is Tuesday, November 10, 2015.

As a thank you for your participation, all full-time undergraduates who take the survey are eligible to win one of ten $50 gift cards to the Mānoa bookstore!
