The Center for Indo-Pacific Affairs presents “Foreign Aid, Democracy, and Global Security” held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm in Moore Hall 258. With the recent closure of many US foreign aid programs, Dr. Elise Rainer will provide the landscape of who gives foreign aid including governments, international institutions, and private organizations. Dr. Rainer is a professor of international relations and former diplomat with the US State Department, US Mission to the United Nations, and USAID.
