Publishing journal articles is an integral piece in the lives of researchers. Aimed at graduate students and faculty members interested in getting their work published in academic journals. This workshop, presented by editors from Elsevier and The University of Hawaiʻi, will focus on: finding the right journal and avoiding the wrong one, understanding the peer review process and what editors look for, and tips to writing a great paper, section by section. Guest Speakers are: Dr. Elizabeth J. Davidson, Interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Shidler College of Business, & Professor of Information Technology Management, University of Hawaiʻi; Dr. Salvatore Federico, Scientific Handling Editor - Physics portfolio at Elsevier; and Dr. Eleanne van Vliet, Scientific Editor at Elsevier. This webinar will be recorded and the video will be shared to all registrants once available.
