Difficult conversations are inevitable. Whether it's addressing a conflict, providing tough feedback, or discussing expectations, these conversations are crucial for growth and success. In this session, we'll delve into effective strategies for handling difficult conversations, ensuring constructive outcomes and maintaining health relationships. This session is co-hosted by UH Mānoa’s Conflict and Peace Specialist and will be conducted via Zoom Meeting, participants may use their microphones and video cameras. The session WILL NOT be recorded. Registered students will be sent Zoom details prior to the event.
