7th Cross-Cultural Health Care Conference

This educational activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to both physicians and non-physicians on addressing racism in graduate medical education. Recruiting, retaining, and training a diverse workforce that is reflective of the patients they care for is critical to achieving health equity. The conference objectives are to: 1. Identify factors negatively impacting pathways to graduate medical education; 2. Develop initiatives to address disparities in recruitment and retention in graduate medical education; 3. Evaluate the efficacy of these initiatives.
