From Broadway to Boardroom and the Metaverse

The 90 minute webinar-cum-workshop shares insights and case studies from the world of Broadway and a prolific ad agency and how the mastery of creative conflict enables peacebuilding and opens avenues to a wide range of careers. What are some key lessons that we can glean from mastering creative conflict and peacebuilding? How do we turn our differences into innovation gold? How can design thinking aid in our espousal of creative conflict? And what can all of these lessons do to help us secure a job? We will enable participants to work on a case study as well as explore a creative collaboration in this engaging, interactive session.
