Come learn breathing techniques from SEEMA SUD, a Yoga Guru from Delhi, India. She has 48 years of teaching experience in India and USA. A Naturopath, Diet Consultant and Juiceologist.

She brings with her to Hawai‘i, her expertise in Pranayama with over 25 years in working with groups and in institutions. She has been featured in over 50 episodes on TV… Sharing some of the joys in her life: Horticulture, Landscaping, Gardening and Culinary Delights.
