This workshop will provide an overview of Google Suite Apps that are available with your UH Gmail Account and how you can incorporate them to increase productivity and interactivity in your classes.

Topics covered during this workshop will include:

  • Introduction of the Google Suite Apps: Gmail, Calendar, Doc, Spreadsheet, Slide, Form
  • How to share a document or folder?
  • What is the Team Drive?
  • Hands-on Activities:
  • 1. Create a Calendar Meeting Invite
    2. Create a Shared Google Doc
    3. Create a Form with Video
