The Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon menu highlights include: Fresh Orange, Strawberry & Pecan Salad, Filet Mignon Medallions Au Poivre, Chicken Piccata with Hamakua Mushrooms, Planked Salmon with Calamansi Rosemary Honey, Lobster and Crab Mac & Cheese, Bananas Foster with Vanilla Gelato, Fresh Fruit Tarts
