International Cultural Studies Graduate Certificate Program (ICS) presents the Spring 2019 Faculty Speaker Series.

Co-sponsored with the Dean of Arts and Humanities, the Better Tomorrow Speakers Series, the History Department, the Philosophy Department, and the UH Fund for the Promotion of Jewish Life and Studies

Professor Laqueur will investigate the role that the dog has played historically in the construction of morality and in laying the emotional foundations of humanitarianism.
