Join Hawai‘i Sea Grant’s Center for Integrated Science, Knowledge, and Culture for an evening of celebrating the Hawaiian language!
Featuring keynote speaker Sir TÄ«moti KÄretu, a champion of language and culture revitalization for his native MÄori and a mentor in revitalization movements here in HawaiÊ»i and around the world. A panel discussion on the impact of language revitalization with Papalii Tusi Avegalio, Kaliko Baker, Kalehua Krug, and Kalei NuÊ»uhiwa will be moderated by Rosie Alegado.
