Dining Services Survey- Win a trip to Disneyland

In an effort to improve and to best serve the dining needs of UH Manoa campus, you are invited to participate in a market research survey regarding campus dining operations. Manoa Dining Services is an Office of Student Affairs program managed through a partnership with Sodexo. The program’s goal is to provide innovative dining services programs to satisfy the nutritional needs of the UH Manoa community.

Your participation in this research survey is strictly voluntary and you are under no obligation to participate in this process. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Your responses to the research survey will be combined with the answers of the other members of the campus community in order to enable Manoa Dining Services to make improvements based on your feedback. Upon completion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter into a prize drawing (sponsored by Sodexo) to win a fabulous trip to Disneyland! Trip includes: 2 round trip coach tickets from Honolulu (HNL) to Los Angeles (LAX), and 2 – two day park hopper passes at Disneyland California.
