Lynette Lo Tom, Author of "A Chinese Kitchen" and her mother, Lorna Lee Lo, will share how to cook three Chinese favorite dishes.

You'll learn and taste how to make Winter Melon Soup, Crispy Skinned Roast Pork and Dau Lau, mochi rice balls coated in peanuts, sesame seeds and coconut.

Class fee: $25.
