Billions are being spent on faster broadband. Is it worth it? Hear a leading information economist’s perspective. Erik Bohlin is Chair of the International Telecommunications Society and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Telecommunications Policy. He is Professor at the Department of Technology Management and Economics at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has published extensively in areas relating to Information Society policy, strategy and management. He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (1987) and a Ph.D. from the Chalmers University of Technology (1995).
