Bollywood Afternoons: 'A Wednesday!' (2008)

'A Wednesday' is a taut thriller set in the teeming metropolis of Mumbai. A police commissioner (Anupam Kher), about to retire, recounts his most harrowing case. It involves what happened during four tense hours one ordinary Wednesday after a shadowy man (Naseeruddin Shah) informs the police that he has planted bombs around the city, and demands the release of four jailed militants.
