Before you can use social media effectively, you need an overall communications plan. In this hands-on course, you draft a plan, from goals and objectives to results. Learn how to develop messages with impact and leverage online platforms and creative integrated strategies to resonate with your audience. Pre-determined communications and content marketing strategies yields better results aligned with desired outcomes. This class is for marketing students, practitioners, and business owners.

Kris Reisdorf, Senior Marketing Consultant, has more than 20 years of public relations and marketing communications experience. She has consulted with PacRim Marketing Group, PRTech, LLC, Hawaii Association of REALTORS, and Pacific Edge Magazine. Before becoming an independent consultant, she was the Regional Manager-Marketing Programs for GTE (now Hawaiian Telcom), and prior to that a senior account executive at Hill and Knowlton/Communications.
