The thought of conducting your own human participation research is exciting! But wait, are you aware that you need Institutional Review Board approval before you can start collecting data? Are you confused about how to complete an IRB application that will get you a timely approval? This presentation is crucial for junior faculty and ALL the graduate students who have yet to obtain an IRB approval for their research. It will address the required components of a good IRB application to alleviate the headache of figuring out and completing the process.
