Want to build a stronger workforce and boost productivity? The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa's Center on Disability Studies and Disability: IN Hawaii are offering free employer training Certification workshops on leveraging the talents of individuals with disabilities.
Learn how to benefit from hiring and retaining a workforce with varied abilities, address common misconceptions, navigate relevant policies, and develop best practices for maximizing employee performance.
Workshops run May-August for 1 hour per month, covering topics like unique worker benefits, performance enhancement, resource access, and creating a productive work environment for everyone.
