Welcome to Bridge to Hope (BTH). As of Feb 1, 2022, we are working on campus in QLC 211 again offering in-person, Zoom & phone appointments.

Bridge to Hope Coordinator is using STAR Balance and Express Drop-In Appointments to provide assistance and student support for BTH students throughout the UH System during regular business hours. Coordinator can be reached via phone (808) 956-9313 and email (bthinfo@hawaii.edu). IF you are a First-to-Work referred participant, please call or schedule via STAR Balance. Questions regarding eligibility can also be emailed to bthinfo@hawaii.edu.

Bridge to Hope (BTH) is an education option for welfare recipients and First-to-Work participants who want to attend college as a means of achieving lifelong economic self-sufficiency.

Our program can assist with on-campus student employment and other services to help welfare (TANF) recipient students succeed in their educational goals.

Eligibility questions are directed to the FAQ Section. We invite you to explore the rest of the site as well. Various applications are on the Downloads Section.

BTH is a branch of the Student Equity Excellence and Diversity (SEED) office.

BTH is located within the UHM Women's Center in QLCSS #211, Center for Student Services.
