In verse, a coquettish young woman brags about all the men who court her. She receives one every hour, but in the evening schedules only two, for to have more visitors at night would be a mortal sin for a decent girl like her. Although relishing the adulation and the gifts bestowed upon her, she considers each suitor a fool not worthy of her attention.
