How to Take the Survey 

To complete the January 2025 Survey, UH students should check their email for an invitation from the UH President and a custom, individualized link to the online survey. Students can pause, access their survey again through their survey link, and continue answering the survey anytime until the end of the survey period.

The self-administered online web survey is accessible across multiple devices, including but not limited to, ipads, mobile phones, and laptops. Students also have the option of requesting a printed questionnaire and business reply envelope in which to return the survey.
