Title IX Sexual Harassment is the umbrella category including the offenses of Title IX sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence as covered by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 34 C.F.R. §106.30, and further defined in the University’s Sex and Gender Based Misconduct Policy EP 1.204 (effective February 1, 2023), Section III.A.1 below.
